Electronic visas to visit Kaliningrad oblast

Starting from July 1, 2019, citizens of a number of countries will be able to visit Russia’s Kaliningrad oblast using a short-term electronic visa. With such a visa, they will be able to stay in Kaliningrad oblast for no more than 8 days.

Moreover, please note that the aforementioned e-visa only permits direct entry into Kaliningrad oblast and staying within it during the visa’s validity period; this e-visa is not valid for entry into or staying within other regions of the Russian Federation (even if entering for transit to Kaliningrad).
